Stretchable Transparent Supercapacitors for Wearable and Implantable Medical Devices

Recent advances in wearable bioelectronics have driven various healthcare applications, such as the monitoring, sensing, and treating of diseases. However, unsustainable batteries toxic power solutions hinder their use at skin interface or vivo. As a promising solution, supercapacitors attracted attention researchers. there are still several drawbacks, transparency, stretchability, biocompatibility, flexibility these materials, when energy reservoirs used supplies for skin-interfaced electronics. In this work, novel microfabrication approach fabricating using anodic aluminum oxide templates is presented. large capacitance value 15.02 mF cm?2, well good biocompatibility obtained. Thus, it verified that proposed suitable solutions.
